Lily Walters Schermerhorn
Lilly did not know she had any artistic creativity until she married Marty Schermerhorn 10 years ago. She knew she was creative - she has authored 13 books on a variety of subjects - but certainly nothing with a paint brush. But, her husband loved those tacky yard signs. One day, 10 years ago he was busy painting their first, when Lilly peaked over his shoulder and said, "Can I try?" The floodgates opened. The more she painted, the more she loved it.
